At our shop, we want to ensure your plants arrive healthy, thriving, and ready to grow. Because we ship live plants, the weather plays a major role in whether it is safe for them to travel from our shop to your home.
Please review our weather-related shipping guidelines below:

Weather-Dependent Shipping: We closely monitor weather conditions along transit routes. If temperatures are extremely cold or excessively hot, we reserve the right to temporarily hold your shipment until weather conditions improve and it is safe to send.

Proactive Precautions: We take every precaution necessary to protect live plants during transit. We will only release your order for shipping when conditions are fully conducive to the plant surviving the journey.

Communication: If your order experiences a weather delay, we will reach out to keep you informed of when your handcrafted wooden crate and plants are scheduled to dispatch.
